An issued building <br />permit is required prior to issuance of Commercial Septic System permit. A two-way clean <br />out shall be installed between the building and the septic tank every 100 feet at ground <br />level. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. The approved <br />system is as follows: <br />a) One 2000 -gallon commercial septic tank with risers. <br />b) Five 70 ft. leach lines, with 36 in. trench depth and 12 in. max backfill. <br />c) Dual pumps with audio and visual alarm. <br />d) One 5,000 -gallon storage tank for embalming waste, tank will be self-contained and the <br />waste will be pumped regularly. <br />e) Minimum of 5 ft. soil separation between septic tank and distribution box. <br />f) The engineer shall be notified at the time of backfill and grading inspection as noted on <br />the plan. <br />If you have any questions please contact Daria Afonskaia, REHS at dafonskaia@sjgov.org or <br />at (209) 616-3035. <br />-0 t - I - <br />Steven Shih, REHS <br />Program Coordinator <br />1868 E.
