The terms of the agreement for the transfer of the Water Supply are; <br />The total amount to be paid by Pinnacle to MHI for the 10,067 GPD of domestic water <br />supply and 10,571 gal of water storage is $65,844 as calculated by CBG and previously <br />agreed to by all parties. <br />Prior to any payment being made MHI will provide a letter to the MHCSD requesting the <br />water supply and storage capacity be transferred to Pinnacle. <br />Upon confirmation of payment by Pinnacle to MHI, MHI shall immediately request that <br />MHCSD reserve a portion of MHI's assigned water capacity under PM-5 for Pinnacle's <br />use. MN! agrees to cooperate and deliver any consents necessary to cause MHCSD to <br />provide the required documentation to all parties assigning the capacity to Pinnacle. <br />Also as the water supply is required for annexation please note that representatives of <br />MHI will be pleased to provide support to Pinnacle at the LAFCO meetings or hearings to <br />confirm that PLEP and water supply and storage is available. <br />The Initial payment will be made within three business days of execution of the <br />agreement. <br />This is agreed to by; <br />adt- (DIA.Z1 <br />Aaron J.
