The <br />application includes the annexation to Byron Bethany Irrigation District. The project proposes utilization of an <br />existing 5,800 square foot building and the construction of a 12,000 square foot office and warehouse building, <br />storm water treatment and retention basins, frontage improvements, and offsite sanitary sewer, water services and <br />other required improvements. <br />Location: The annexation is located on the south side of W. Bethany Road, approximately 650 feet east of S. <br />Henderson Road, Mountain House. (Vicinity Map attached) <br />Attached for your review and comment is the annexation application submitted to LAFCo for the above referenced <br />project. Please submit your project-related comments along with any proposed requirements to Elizabeth Contreras <br />at econtreras(c4sjgov.org no later than 5:00 P.M. on Friday, April 16, 2021. Environmental concerns may also be <br />included in your comments. If a response is not received by this date, we will assume you have no comment. <br />A Public Hearing to consider the Bethany Road Reorganization to MHCSD will be held at 9:00 a.m. on May 13, <br />2021. In response to the COV1D-19 emergency and the shelter-in-place orders and consistent with the Governor's <br />Executive Order N-29-20, the public hearing to consider this proposal will be held as an electronic meeting.
