Less Than Potentially

Less Than Analyzed Significant
Significant with Mitigation Significant No In The
Impact Incorporated Impact Impact Prior EIR
III. AIR QUALITY.
Where available, the significance criteria
established by the applicable air quality
management or air pollution control district may be
relied upon to make the following determinations.
Would the project:
Conflict with or obstruct implementation of the
applicable air quality plan?
Result in a cumulatively considerable net
increase of any criteria pollutant for which the
project Legion is non-attainment under an
applicable federal or state ambient air quality
star iddrd?
Expose sensitive receptors to substantial
pollutant concentrations?
Result in substantial emissions (such as those
leading to odors) adversely affecting a_
substantial number of people?
Impact Discussion:
a-d) The San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (APCD) has been established by the State in an
effort to control and minimize air pollution. The project was referred to the APCD for review on June
9, 2020. A response from APCD dated July 9, 2020 stated that the project is not expected to exceed
the requirements for annual emissions of criteria pollutants. As a condition of approval, the project
will be subject to the District's rules and regulations including District Rule 9410, Regulation VIII,
(Fugitive PM10 Prohibitions), Rule 4102 (Nuisance), Rule 4601 (Architectural Coatings), and Rule
4641 (Cutback, Slow Cure, and Emulsified Asphalt, Paving and Maintenance Operations). In the event
an existing building will be renovated, partially demolished or removed, the project may be subject to
District Rule 4002 (National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants). ). At the time of
development, the applicant will be required to meet all applicable SJVAPCD rules and regulations.
Therefore, any impacts to air quality will be reduced to less than significant.
x_
PA-2000063(MP), PA-2000064(SP), & PA-2000065(SA) — Initial Study 8
