The underlying project is the proposed construction of a single family residence and an <br /> accessory dwelling unit on each parcel for a total of four residences. The residences would be constructed with reduced <br /> setbacks permitted pursuant to Development Title Section 9-310.5(a) Reduction of Required Yards, Developed Areas.The <br /> proposed front yard setback would be 15 feet and the proposed street side yard setback would be 10 feet. The parcels are <br /> served by Private California Water Service for public water and the City of Stockton for sanitary sewer and terminal storm <br /> drainage. The parcels will each be accessed by separate proposed driveways on the south side of E. Taft Ave. These <br /> parcels are not under a Williamson Act Contract. <br /> The Property is zoned I-L (Limited Industrial) and the General Plan designation is I/L (Limited Industrial). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION:The project site is at the corner of E.Taft Ave. and N.
