Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Paper towels in the customer restroom are not available and the dispenser is in disrepair. Provide paper <br /> towels today and repair/replace paper towel dispenser at this hand sink ASAP. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br /> maintained in good repair. (113953, 113953.1, 114067(0) <br /> #43 Toilet Facilites Clean/Supplied/Maintained <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The customer restroom is in need of a cleaning: clean up debris from the floor and empty the trash. <br /> Trash can emptied by Shift Supervisor. <br /> The customer restroom lacks a toilet paper dispenser. Install a new toilet paper dispenser ASAP. <br /> Maintain restrooms routinely. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Toilet facilities shall be maintained clean, sanitary and in good repair. Toilet rooms shall be separated by a <br /> well-fitting self-closing door. Toilet tissue shall be provided in a permanently installed dispenser at each toilet. The number of toilet <br /> facilities shall be in accordance with local building and plumbing ordinances.
