Environmental Health Department <br />Facility Name and Address: MOTEL 6 #1323, 6717 PLYMOUTH RD, STOCKTON 95207 <br />Swimming Pool Official Inspection Report <br /> #15 Operation Records <br />OBSERVATIONS: The pool records does not contain the year. Free chlorine and pH must be tested daily, and cyanuric acid <br />must be tested monthly and the readings recorded on the log. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall test the disinfectant residual, pH, and spa water temperature a minimum of once per day. <br />Cyanuric acid concentration shall be tested once per month if cyanuric acid is used. Combined chlorine shall be tested as often as <br />necessary to maintain the concentration below 0.4 ppm. Pool operator shall maintain written records of all maintenance and test results <br />for at least two years and shall submit those records to the enforcement agency upon request. (CCR 65523) <br /> #17 Cleanliness of Pool <br />OBSERVATIONS: There is some debris in the pool. Clean pool by today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain clean pool water while the pool is in use and shall not allow debris to accumulate <br />in the pool. Pool operator shall clean the bottom, sides, and other surfaces of the pool as often as necessary to keep pool surfaces clean <br />and free of slime and algae. (CCR 65533) <br /> #29 Recirculation System Operation <br />OBSERVATIONS: The pool is closed, the recirculation system is off. The recirculation system must operate 2 hours before <br />the pool is open and 2 hours after the pool closes minimum. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Recirculation system shall be in operation whenever the pool is available for use and additional times as <br />needed to maintain clear pool water. (CCR 65525) <br /> #35 Flow Meters <br />OBSERVATIONS: Unable to test the flow meter because the system was off. Make sure it functions properly. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Flow meters shall be provided on each recirculation system and shall be installed in accordance with <br />manufacturer's specifications. (CBC 3125B) <br /> #36 Pressure and Vacuum Gauges <br />OBSERVATIONS: Unable to test the gauges because the system is not on. Make sure gauges operate properly. Correct <br />today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pressure and vacuum gauges shall be provided for each pump system.
