Prior to the issuance of any building permits, sewer facilities shall either be bonded for or be in <br /> place, as evidenced by a letter from the serving entity (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1100.3(d)). <br /> *Note: A will-serve letter from the City of Stockton for sewer service provisions has been received. <br /> 2. This project shall be provided with public water service at the time of Final Map recordation. A <br /> letter shall be submitted from the purveyor stating that these services either are bonded for or are <br /> in place, prior to final approval (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2). <br /> *Note: A will-serve letter from California Water Service for water provisions has been received. <br /> 3.
