Accordingly, back injuries or physical strain <br />may be caused by: routine lifting or one -time -only lifting; the weight of a lifted <br />object; the frequency of lifting; bending, twisting, or rotating during lifting; <br />prolonged sitting; exposure to vibrations; poor arch support in shoes; and, not <br />stretching prior to physical activity.
