All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545 <br />#10 Disinfectant Residual MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: Free Chlorine level is measured at 16 ppm. Maintain free Chlorine level at 2-10 ppm. Correct <br />immediately. Do no open this pool until a re -inspection. Contact me at (209) 468-9850 or (209) 468-3420 to schedule a <br />re -inspection. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Public pools, when open or in use, shall be disinfected continuously by approved chemicals and shall maintain <br />the following concentrations: 1.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free chlorine without cyanuric acid, 2.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free chlorine with cyanuric acid <br />or 2.0 ppm bromine. Spas, wading pools, and spray grounds shall maintain the following concentrations: 3.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free <br />chlorine or 4.0 ppm bromine. (CCR 65529) <br />#7 Pool Deck <br />OBSERVATIONS: There are gaps between pool coping and deck/concrete floor. Seal these gaps and within one month. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An unobstructed 4 -foot wide deck of concrete orlike material shall be provided and maintained flush with the <br />top of the pool coping. Deck shall extend completely around the pool and shall further extend 4 feet on both sides and to the rear of any <br />diving board, ADA device, or slide. (CBC 31148) Pool operator shall keep the pool deck well maintained. (CCR 65535) <br />#8 Pool and Deck Lighting <br />OBSERVATIONS: Pool light cover is off. Repair or replace within one week. This pool is not use light for night swimming. <br />There is no electric to the light. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pools used at night shall be equipped with underwater light fixtures that provide complete illumination of the <br />pool. When a pool is used at night, pool deck and emergency egress areas shall be provided with lighting. If underwater or deck lighting is <br />not operational, the pool operator shall post a sign in 4 -inch letters stating "NO USE OF POOL ALLO WED AFTER DARK" and shall <br />secure the pool area and not permit any use of the pool after dark.
