All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />#3 Safety Signs <br />OBSERVATIONS: The KEEP CLOSED sign for the entry gate has fallen off the gate and is faded. Replace KEEP CLOSED <br />sign and post at the entry gate. Correct by 3 days. <br />Some of the other safety signage is faded. Replace faded safety signage by 2 weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall keep safety signs well maintained. (CCR 65535) Safety signs shall have clearly legible <br />letters or numbers not less than 4 inches high, unless otherwise specified. Safety signs shall be affixed to a wall, pole, gate, or similar <br />permanent structure in a location visible to all pool users, unless otherwise specified. (CBC 3120B) <br />#7 Pool Deck <br />OBSERVATIONS: There is some overgrown vegetation on the pool deck. Clean up vegetation by 1 week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An unobstructed 4 -foot wide deck of concrete or like material shall be provided and maintained Flush with the <br />top of the pool coping. Deck shall extend completely around the pool and shall further extend 4 feet on both sides and to the rear of any <br />diving board, ADA device, or slide. (CBC 31148) Pool operator shall keep the pool deck well maintained. (CCR 65535) <br />#13 Cyanuric Acid Concentration <br />OBSERVATIONS: The cyanuric acid level is greater that 100 ppm. Take action to reduce cyanuric acid level to less than <br />100 ppm. Correct by 1 month. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain cyanuric acid concentration between 0.0 ppm and 100 ppm.
