All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />#11 Combined Chlorine Concentration <br />OBSERVATIONS: The combined chlorine in the pool is 0.8ppm. Decrease the combined chlorine to 0.4 ppm or less. <br />Correct in 2 weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain combined chlorine concentration below 0.4 ppm. (CCR 65530) Chemical quality <br />of pool water and indoor air quality at the pool site shall not cause adverse physiological effects, such as irritation of the eyes, lungs, or <br />skin. (CCR 65531) <br />#13 Cyanuric Acid Concentration <br />OBSERVATIONS: The CYA level of the pool is greater than 100 ppm. Reduce CYA to less than 100 ppm. CorrectASAP. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain cyanuric acid concentration between 0.0 ppm and 100 ppm. (CCR 65530) <br />OBSERVATIONS: Record are not current. Maintain current records starting today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall test the disinfectant residual, pH, and spa water temperature a minimum of once per day. <br />Cyanuric acid concentration shall be tested once per month if cyanuric acid is used. Combined chlorine shall be tested as often as <br />necessary to maintain the concentration below 0.4 ppm. Pool operator shall maintain written records of all maintenance and test results <br />for at least two years and shall submit those records to the enforcement agency upon request.
