Construction Monitoring <br /> Construction activities shall be monitored in the landfill and mitigation area to ensure <br /> that protected wetlands are avoided, sediment barriers jis designed to protect effective, and ez ting <br /> tion of <br /> wetlands is minimized. The construction monitoring program <br /> wetlands and other habitats against disturbance and to monitor construction activities _ <br /> associated with implementation of the mitigation plan. <br /> Monitoring of Landfill Construction <br /> The biological monitor shall monitor landfill construction activities to the extent <br /> necessary to prevent adverse impacts on wetlands and other sensitive biological resources <br /> identified in the mitigation plan. The biological lmonitor i are to be work with <br /> andthe tto rev ew <br /> ineer <br /> and construction foreman onsite to determine which areas <br /> the construction schedule. The performance standards are therefore designed to allow for a <br /> measured amount of mitigation failure while still achieving no <br /> net loss <br /> laby the <br /> If <br /> performance standards are not met, then remedial actions shallprescribe <br /> biological monitor.
