ENGINEERING MEMORANDUM <br />DATE: March 22, 1090 LA 63102a <br />TO: Ali Othman <br />APD Engineer <br />San Joaquin County <br />Air Pollution District <br />FROM: Rudy Rodriguez <br />Public Works <br />Solid Waste Division <br />468-3066 <br />SUBJECT: <br />----------------------------------------------------------------- <br />----------------------------------------------------------------- <br />Subsequent to our recent discussion concerning a time frame for <br />issuance of an Authority to Construct permit for the North County <br />Sanitary Landfill, I have reviewed the Landfill permitting <br />processes. The status is that the Authority to Construct permit <br />must be issued before the County Public Health Services can proceed <br />with their landfill permitting review and application process. <br />It is requested that the permit application supplemental report <br />data, resubmitted February 16, 1990, be reviewed and the permit be <br />issued as soon as possible.
