It is proposed to mitigate any adverse impacts to <br /> jurisdictional wetlands from the landfill . <br /> Water quality should be adequately protected if mitigation measures are <br /> carried out in compliance with all requirements of the Department of Fish and <br /> Game, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
