The following items are areas of concern and need to be <br /> addressed. <br /> Closure Plan Elements <br /> 1. The sign posted ten days after receiving the final waste <br /> shipment must indicate where the closure/postclosure <br /> plans are kept and can be viewed by the public - Section <br /> 17767. <br /> 2 . The construction quality assurance (CQA) program will be <br /> developed as a separate document which will be submitted <br /> with the final closure plans - Section 17774 . <br /> 3 . A slope stability analysis will be performed and <br /> submitted with the final closure plans - Section 17777. <br /> 4 . The drainage run-on and run-off systems and collection <br /> facilities must take into account the drainage pattern of <br /> the surrounding area and the possible effects on the <br /> regional watershed - Section 17778 (g) (2) . <br /> 5. The drainage run-on and run-off systems and collection <br /> facilities must take into account the connection with and <br /> design capacity of drainage facilities - Section 17778 <br /> (g) (3) . <br /> 6.
