The operator shall maintain a copy of the permit at the <br /> facility to be available at all times for facility personnel <br /> and enforcement agency personnel. <br /> PROHIBITIONS <br /> The following actions are prohibited at the facility: <br /> a. Disposal of hazardous wastes. <br /> b. Disposal of designated wastes. <br /> C. Disposal of infectious wastes. <br /> d. Disposal of cannery wastes. <br /> e. Disposal of sludge and septic tank pumpings. <br /> f. Disposal of large dead animals. <br /> g. Disposal of liquids/slurries. <br /> h. Open burning. <br /> i. scavenging. <br /> j . standing water on covered fills. <br /> k. Disposal of wastes beyond the handling capacity of the <br /> facility or acceptance of any other waste for which this <br /> facility is not permitted to handle is prohibited. <br /> SPECIFICATIONS <br /> 1. The local enforcement agency through this permit may prohibit <br /> or condition the handling or disposal of solid wastes in order <br /> to protect the public health and safety, protect, <br /> rehabilitate, or enhance the environment, or to mitigate <br /> adverse environmental impacts. <br /> 2 . Any change that would cause the design and operation of the <br /> facility not to conform to the terms and conditions of the <br /> permit may be considered a significant change and require a <br /> permit revision. <br /> 3 . This facility has a permitted capacity of 825 tons per day. <br /> NCSL shall not receive any more than this amount without first <br /> obtaining a permit revision. <br /> 4 . A change in operator will require a new solid waste facilities <br /> permit. <br /> 5. A new well is required at the site for domestic water supply <br /> 5 <br />
