This facility will be required to cease operation if <br /> both plans have not been approved by the LEA, the RWQCB, and <br /> the CIWMB within one year from date of receipt of the plans <br /> pursuant to Government Code 66796.22 (b) (2) . <br /> SELF - MONITORING <br /> 1. Environmental measurements of water quality, leachate, and gas <br /> shall be reported to LEA on a annual basis. <br /> 2 . Submit tonnage records of wastes received each day (daily) on <br /> a quarterly basis to the LEA. <br /> 3 . Quantities and types of materials recycled and/or salvaged <br /> shall be reported to the LEA on quarterly basis. <br /> 4 . A log of special occurances, i.e. , fires, explosions, <br /> accidents, hazardous wastes, etc. , shall be maintained and <br /> reported to the LEA on an annual basis and no later than <br /> December 31 of each year. <br /> 5.
