Below are listed the <br /> areas of the application which are either incomplete or missing: <br /> -/I. The San Joaquin County use permit document must be <br /> submitted. <br /> 2. The closure-postclosure plan will not be required to be <br /> submitted with the application as long as it is <br /> "accepted" before July 1, 1990. If the application is <br /> "accepted" after July 1, 1990 a closure-postclosure <br /> plan will be mandatory. <br /> 3. An initial cost estimate of the closure and post- <br /> closure maintenance must be certified according to CWMB <br /> requirements. <br /> 4. A "financial mechanism" for closure and post-closure <br /> maintenance must be established according to CWMB <br /> / requirements. <br /> 5. Tentative waste discharge requirements from the <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board will be acceptable <br /> for the application, but only the final waste discharge <br /> requirements will be admissable for the final proposed <br /> permit. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
