All references to the "California Administrative Code" must be changed <br /> to the "California Code of Regulations" . <br /> le2. Page 15-3 Hazardous and Infectious Wastes <br /> a. Paragraph one and two give reference to the definition of "nonhazardous <br /> Solid Waste" . The statement in paragraph two does not provide a complete <br /> definition as stated in Title 23, Chapter 3 Subchapter 1b section 2523 <br /> (enclosed) . <br /> b. Paragraph three indicates that a Class III Landfill can not accept <br /> infectious waste. Infectious waste can be disposed of at a Class III <br /> facility if it is first treated and thereby rendered nonhazaraous. <br /> Infectious waste can also be disposed of in a Class III landfill if the <br /> conditions of Title 22 Section 66855 of the California Code of Regulation are <br /> met.
