f. The existing underground irrigation system shall be iden- <br />• tified. As the landfill develops into the areas where the <br />irrigation system is located, that section of the irriga- <br />tion system shall be completely removed from the ground. <br />g. Cross connection between domestic or other water supplies <br />shall not be permitted. <br />h. Destroy all abandoned wells with a cement sandy slurry to <br />the bottom of the well. Destroy all abandoned septic <br />tanks. <br />4. Air Pollution Control District: <br />a. The applicant shall comply with Rules 426 and 314 of the <br />San Joaquin County Air Pollution Rules and Regulations <br />(effective July 1989). <br />b. Dust control practices must be implemented such as <br />watering the site, surrounding the site with wind <br />breakers, and cleaning vehicles leaving the site to pre- <br />vent dirt and dust from reaching adjacent paved streets <br />and property. <br />Prior to final approval of the Improvement Plans, adjacent pro- <br />perty owners should be notified and provided an opportunity to <br />review the plans. <br />NOTE: On June 1, 1989, the San Joaquin County Planning <br />Commission approved UP -89-2 subject to the Conditions of <br />Approval listed above. <br />Conditions of Approval - 3 - : (UP -89-2) <br />
