Type II Work Plan - Addendum <br />UXO Construction Activities and Soil Removal Action <br />Preliminary Assessment/Site Investigation Update <br />California Army National Guard Facility <br />Stockton, California <br />Contract No. GS-00E-007L/Task Order W91238-05-F-0084 <br />Version 2.0 <br />PREFACE <br />Under General Services Administration (GSA) Contract No. GS-00E-0007L, Task Order <br />W91238-05-F-0084, with the United States Army Corps of Engineers (CESPK) Versar, Inc. <br />(Versar) has been contracted to perform the removal actions as presented in the Scope of Work <br />for Expanded Site Investigation and Removal of Copper Contaminated Soil and Potential Tear <br />Gas Site, California Army National Guard Armory, Stockton, California dated 17 June 2005, and <br />the Supplemental Scope of Work dated 8 September 2006. <br />The Versar Program Manager for this delivery order is Mr. Tim Berger, Versar, Sacramento, <br />California, (916) 863-9323. As Program Manager, Mr. Berger's responsibilities include: formal <br />communication with the CESPK Team Chief, and the California Army National Guard (CA <br />ARNG) team chief, and coordination with Versar's contracting team to ensure conformance with <br />terms of the contract between Versar and all subcontractors and resolution of any disputes or <br />issues which develop during the project. Mr. Berger will serve as the prime point of contact with <br />CESPK for all deliverables including periodic progress reports and financial issues regarding the <br />project. <br />The Versar Project Manager for this delivery order is Mr. Larry Kleinecke, Versar, Sacramento, <br />California, (916) 863-9326. As Project Manager, Mr. Kleinecke is responsible for periodically <br />reviewing the project status and assuring staff resources are properly allocated to meet the project <br />objectives. Mr. Kleinecke will serve as the prime point of contact with CA ARNG for <br />coordination of field activities and subcontracting. <br />The CESPK Project Manager for this delivery order is Mr. Gary Krongard, Sacramento District <br />Corps of Engineers, Sacramento, California, (916) 557-7415. <br />The CA ARNG Project Manager for the Removal Action project is Mr. Scott Hilyard, State <br />Military Department, Sacramento, California, (916) 361-4338. <br />104700.4965.300 Page -ii April 2007
