ON-SITE CONTROL <br />Timothy J. Cuellar has been designated to coordinate access control and security <br />onsite. A safe perimeter has been established at 10 feet around boring/excavation. No <br />unauthorized person should be within this exclusion area. <br />4.0. Hydrocarbon fuels - Components of fuels are colorless liquids with strong aromatic <br />petroleum hydrocarbon-like odors. They are flammable and have low solubility in <br />water. Exposure to these materials in excess of recommended exposure limits can <br />cause mild eye, nose, and throat irritation and can produce a narcotic effect on the <br />central nervous system. Symptoms of exposure at these concentrations include <br />headache, nausea, drowsiness, dizziness, and loss of coordination.
