McBillin Real Estate Investment - 3 - 7 November 2016
2154 S. El Dorado Street
Stockton, San Joaquin County
and 105-115 feet bgs. However, sampling depths should be adjusted based on field
observations in order to target permeable zones for sample collection.
4. The Site Assessment Work Plan indicates that "selected soil samples" collected from borings
B-10 and B-11, near the former waste oil tank (Tank #1), will be analyzed for volatile organic
compounds (VOCs), semi-volatile organic compounds (SVOCs), polychlorinated biphenyls
(PCBs), and Title 22 metals. In order to target soil that may have been impacted by the former
waste oil tank, please analyze the soil samples collected from 10 feet and 15 feet bgs for
these constituents.
By 3 February 2017, please submit a Site Assessment Report summarizing the above discussed field
work, and present all analytical data in tabular form. Please include two (2) geologic cross sections:
one parallel to groundwater flow direction, and one perpendicular to groundwater flow direction. Each
cross section should include both on-site and off-site wells and borings, and should show lithology,
well and boring construction details, and soil and groundwater analytical data.
Newly installed monitoring wells are to be sampled quarterly for four (4) quarters. Please sample the
newly installed wells during first quarter 2017, and submit a Groundwater Monitoring Report by
30 April 2017. Subsequent quarterly Groundwater Monitoring Reports are to be submitted within 30
days of the end of each calendar quarter.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding comments in this letter please call me at (916)
464-4615 or contact me by email at alan.buehler@waterboards.cagov.
/s/ original signed by
Alan M.
