Pilot Study Workplan May 25, 2018 <br />Diamond Foods Inc. Page 10 <br />using the low-flow sampling methods. Groundwater samples will be analyzed in accordance with the <br />requirements of MRP R5-2015-0012-003. <br />5.0 REPORTING <br />Upon completion of the pilot test activities, a report will be prepared describing the pilot test field <br />procedures, field and laboratory analytical results. The report will be prepared in general accordance <br />with RWQCB reporting guidelines. <br />All work described in this work plan will be performed under the direction of a California Registered <br />Professional Engineer or California Professional Geologist and will be performed in accordance with <br />ATC's Site Specific Health and Safety Plan (HASP). <br />6.0 SCHEDULE <br />Upon approval of this work plan ATC will obtain permits form SJCEHD and confirm a schedule for <br />drilling activities. ATC will notify the RWQCB at least 48 hours prior to beginning any field activities. <br />Drilling and injection activities are anticipated to be completed in three days. The report for additional <br />pilot testing will be submitted to RWQCB approximately six weeks after the completion of field activities.
