We request
that these two wells be added to our approved variance for blast perforation.
Thank you,
Rebecca Williams
From: Williams, Rebecca
Sent: Monday, January 28, 2019 4:21 PM
To: 'mkiph@sjehd.com ' <mkiph@siehd.com >
Cc: llxiong@sjcehd.coml <Ixiong@sicehd.com >
Subject: Permit: WP0039180 - Well MW-6B
Importance: High
Hello, Michael.
Per our conversation, a photo of the unidentified metal conduit in relation to monitoring well MW-6B (52 inches away
from the well; located within our 5 feet required H&S clearance) is below. I misspoke on the phone previously. The
conflict was identified during our private utility clearance. It was not uncovered during the air knife clearance of well
MW-6B.
We'd like to get variance approval to destroy wells MW-6A (same metal conduit located 6 inches from the edge of the
well casing) and MW-6B via blast perforation.
2
