The survey has revealed a few areas of concern. Location MW-4 is <br />located 7 inches away from an active communications line and location MW-2 is located 40 inches away from an active <br />electrical line. (see attached photos). Our client requires us to maintain a five foot distance from known utilities when <br />conducting drilling activities. Due to these health and safety risks, Arcadis is requesting a variance to abandon these two <br />wells via pressure grout methodology which consists of much less intrusive work and significantly lower risk to our field <br />crew. <br />Cory J.
