Hazardous waste and <br />materials (chemicals such as acids, bases, and solvents) that are currently stored within the existing warehouse building <br />would be relocated to the storage containers for better safety and security. The project site is served by the City of Stockton <br />for water and sewer, and storm drainage will continue to be retained on-site. Access to the site is provided by two driveways <br />along S. Lindbergh St. <br /> <br />The Property is zoned P-F (Public Facilities) and the General Plan designation is P/F (Public). <br /> <br />PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is on the north side of Lindbergh St., 557 feet west of Fifth St., Stockton <br />Metropolitan Airport - Air Metro Park Area.
