Landfill on the Inventory.pursuant .to Public Resources Code Section 44104 for repeat:vinlations <br />of the above state minimum standard. <br />The local enforcement agency will continue to be responsible for inspecting North County Recycling <br />Center and Sanitary Landfill on a monthly basis and providing written documentation (inspection <br />reports) regarding the compliance status with respect to the state minimum standard cited above.
