The following material was received at our <br />office on June 22, 2005: <br />• Application for Revision of a Solid Waste Facility Permit, dated May 18, 2005, received by <br />your office on May 20, 2005, accepted June 18, 2005. <br />Any design or operation changes associated with these documents are not sanctioned until incorporated <br />into a Solid Waste Facility Permit which has been concurred in by the Board and issued by the Local <br />Enforcement Agency. <br />Any additional material relating to this facility should be submitted to me at the above address.
