Union St. <br /> Stockton, CA 95206 <br /> <br /> <br />Dear Mrs. or Ms. Becerra/ Ramirez: <br /> <br />This letter indicates San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) approval of <br />drawings submitted for the proposed Taco Boss, subject to the following condition(s): <br /> <br />1. Obtain an Insignia from the State Housing and Community Development. Their phone <br />number is 916-255-2501. <br /> <br />2. Potable water tanks and waste water tanks must have an air vent overflow that <br />prevents flooding of interior of MFPU. Vent must be terminate in a downward direction <br />and covered with 16 mesh / inch screen. [CRFC §114213] <br /> <br /> <br />3. Potable water delivery at least one gallon/minute rate [CRFC §114217 (e)] <br /> <br />4. Entrance door must be self-closing [CRFC §114303] <br /> <br /> <br />5. Clear unobstructed height over aisle-way at least 74 inches from floor to ceiling, and <br />unobstructed horizontal aisle space at least 30 inches during operation hours [CRFC <br />§114321] <br /> <br />6. Floor and wall junction shall be coved with 3/8” minimum radius coving, and floor <br />surface extends up at least 4 inches [CRFC §114301 (g)] <br /> <br /> <br />7. Equipment joints and seams shall be tightly fitted and sealed; silicone sealant or <br />waterproof compounds if gap is smaller than ¼ inch. [CRFC §114301 (b)] <br /> <br />8. 10 BC-rated fire extinguisher [CRFC §114323) (c)]
