The followings were noted: <br />• This 1.66 acre lot consists of a 3 -bedroom single family residence and a detached garage. This property is served by septic <br />and well. <br />• There is one septic permit on file. The septic system was installed on 07-28-1980. The septic system includes a 1,200 gallon <br />septic tank, two 85' leach lines and two seepapge pits.
