All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classed as "MAJOR"pate an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />#3 Safety Signs <br />OBSERVATIONS: The following signs were missing. Provided within one week: <br />Keep closed signed is missing. A sign shall be posted on the exterior side of gates and doors leading into the pool <br />enclosure area stating, "KEEP GATE CLOSED" or "KEEP DOOR CLOSED". <br />Diarrhea Sign not posed at the entrance of the pool: The pool operator shall post at the entrance area of a public pool, a <br />sign in letters at least 1 inch (25 mm) high, that clearly states that persons with diarrhea and persons who have had diarrhea <br />within the prior 14 days shall not enter the pool water. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operatorshall keep safety signs well maintained. (CCR 65535) Safety signs shall have clearly legible <br />letters or numbers not less than 4 inches high, unless otherwise specified. Safety signs shall be affixed to a wall, pole, gate, or similar <br />permanent structure in a location visible to all pool users, unless otherwise specified. The followings were noted: <br />Influent: 16 GPM; Effluent: 12 GPM <br />This facility is closed due to COVID-19. <br />All required signs were posted; self-closing and self -latching gate was tested and functional; light and GFI were tested and <br />functional. <br />Inspection report was discussed with Dave Rogers, pool service. This signature was not captured. <br />Inspection report will be e-mailed to the facility. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
