All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR” pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />#3 Safety Signs " <br />OBSERVATIONS: Name and address lacking. Post name and address at pool area. This is a repeat violation. Corrected <br />on site. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall keep safety signs well maintained. (CCR 65535) Safety signs shall have clearly legible <br />letters or numbers not less than 4 inches high, unless otherwise specified. Safety signs shall be affixed to a wall, pole, gate, or similar <br />permanent structure in a location visible to all pool users, unless otherwise specked. (CBC 31208) <br />#5 Restrooms and Showers <br />OBSERVATIONS: Shower tum handle lacking and cannot be used. Repair in 1 day. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall ensure the following facilities are maintained and kept clean: showers, toilets, dressing <br />facilities, drinking fountains, diaper -changing stations, floors, walls, partitions, doors, and lockers. Showers (except outside) shall be <br />provided with soap in dispensers. Toilet facilities shall be provided with toilet tissue, hand soap, and paper towels or hot air blowers in <br />permanently installed dispensers. Pool operator shall provide a minimum of one waste receptacle in each toilet facility. Wooden slats, <br />duckboards and footbaths aro prohibited. ( CCR 65535, 65551) Showers and lavatories shall be provided with hot and cold water faucets. <br />Maximum water temperature at showers and lavatories shall not exceed 110"F. (CBC 3116B) <br />#11 Combined Chlorine Concentration <br />OBSERVATIONS: Combined chlorine 0.8. Reduce to below 0.4, This is a repeat violation. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION. Pool operetorshall maintain combined chlorine concentration below 0.4 ppm. (CCR 65530) Chemical quality <br />of pool water and indoor air quality at the pool site shall not cause adverse physiological effects, such as irritation of the eyes, lungs, or <br />skin.
