Ladders shall be corrosion resistant and shall be equipped <br />with slip resistant tread surfaces. Ladders shall be rigidly installed and shall <br />provide a clearance of not less than 3 inches (76 mm) or more than 5 inches (127 <br />mm) between any part of the ladder and the pool wall. <br />4. The lights in the pool shall be protected by a ground -fault circuit interrupter <br />(GFCI). This will be inspected by the City or County Building Department. <br />5. All pumps, filters, chemical feeders, disinfectant feeders, skimmers and <br />supplemental equipment shall comply with the applicable requirements <br />established by the NSF/ANSI 50-2012. <br />6. Chemical feeders and associated components shall be constructed and installed <br />to prevent uncontrolled discharge or siphoning of chemicals and fumes directly into <br />the pool, its recirculation system, the pool area or ancillary facilities. <br />7. 3116B.4.3 The showers must be provided with hot and cold water. A means to <br />limit hot water to 110°F maximum shall be provided to prevent scalding. This <br />temperature limit control shall not be adjustable by the bather. <br />1868 E.
