Waste oil — the two 30 gallon drums of waste oil have not been reported. 2. NOS (argon, mixed with helium) —the storage pressure is wrongly reported as "ambient" vs. "above ambient". 3. Acetylene - the storage pressure is wrongly reported as "ambient" vs. "above ambient". 4. Oxygen gas -the storage pressure is wrongly reported as "ambient" vs. "above ambient". 5. Propane the storage pressure is wrongly reported as "ambient" vs. "above ambient". • Violation #6, the site map does not show or address the following: 1. Storm and sewer drains. 2. Evacuation assembly area(s). 3. Emergency response equipment (fire extinguishers and spill control). 4. Access and exit points for the structures. 5. The storage and handling areas for oxygen gas, motor oil, NOS (argon/helium gas mixture), and acetylene are not shown. 6. The topographical information is not accurate (map identifies proposed structures). 7. Some information on the map is not legible. A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment.
