Used absorbent was <br /> not included in the hazardous material inventory. The business has not updated and submitted the information within <br /> 30 days. <br /> A pallet of refrigerant 134a was found on site. Dan Payne stated the R134a is used throughout the year for air <br /> conditioning repair. R1 34a is not included in the hazardous material inventory. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Within 30 days of one the following events, business shall electronically update the <br /> information submitted to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): <br /> -A 100 percent or more increase in the quantity of a previously disclosed material. <br /> -Any handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous materials <br /> -A change of business address, business ownership, or business name. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
