No recent SUSZYCKI <br />permits have been taken out. <br />Printed out a satellite image from Parcel Viewer of the property. <br />12/29/2020 Called the complainant and asked her what was the current situation. She stated SUSZYCKI <br />that the owner is trying to evict her and is unwilling to repair anything. The <br />complainant said that he blocks the driveway and forces her to walk from the road <br />to the house. She also stated that the house now has water, but only because she <br />paid to have it repaired. <br />I asked the complainant about the state of the house currently and she said the <br />flooring is in poor condition but she has utilities. The complainant said that she <br />may have her power shut off in the coming weeks since she is unable to pay the <br />bill. <br />After hearing about the problems at the property, I told the complainant that we do <br />not really provide services, and that I would be afraid to post her home as it may <br />lead to her having to leave. I explained to her that with the hold on evictions, the <br />owner may not correct the issues even while being charged. <br />The complainant agreed that it might not be in her best interest for me to go out <br />right away. I told her to keep me updated and that I will give her a call in a month if <br />I do not hear from her. <br />03/29/2021 Called complainant. No answer. Left message requesting callback. AFONSKAIA <br />03/30/2021 Complainant called and said that she has water to the house now. She said that AFONSKAIA <br />originally the pipe was broken but she had Moorman's Water come out and fix it. <br />She said there were no water issues now. I confirmed with her if she wanted to go <br />ahead close the complaint and she said yes. <br />Checked with Mike and he said it was fine to close the complaint with office <br />response. <br />Abated complaint. <br />5105. rpt Page 1 of 1
