There have SUSZYCKI <br />been no recent permits taken out. <br />Printed out a satellite image of the property from Parcel Viewer. <br />05/24/2021 Visited the property for a complaint of a collapsing commercial structure. When I SUSZYCKI <br />arrived I did not see anything of concern. I then spoke with the owner who allowed <br />me to look around. There were only two buildings on site and both appeared to be <br />structurally sound. <br />05/25/2021 Used the pictures taken during my complaint investigation to create a SUSZYCKI <br />photographic log. Printed the log and attached it to the complaint. <br />Created an Official Inspection Report stating that no violations were observed. <br />Abated the complaint and turned it in for review. <br />Abated By: <br />5105. rpt <br /> Page 1 of 1
