When I arrived SUSZYCKI <br />the couple that lives on the vacant lot in the RV gave me access to the modular <br />home. There was no evidence that it was being occupied. The shed in the back of <br />the property was full of junk and the RV did not have any hazardous connections. <br />There was a large amount of junk and debris on the property but Code <br />Enforcement already has a case on it. <br />05/18/2021 Used the pictures taken during my complaint investigation to create a SUSZYCKI <br />photographic log. Printed the log and attached it to the complaint. <br />Created an Official Inspection Report stating that no violations were observed. <br />Abated the complaint and turned it in for review. <br />5105.rpt <br /> Page 1 of 1
