SUSZYCKI
She stated that the Sheriff and a contractor had been out there and they could see
that the home was in very poor condition. The complainant stated that she was
worried for the safety of the children that live there. I told her that I would attempt
to inspect the property on 5/13/21.
05/12/2021 Reviewed the complaint and looked up the property on Permits Plus. There have SUSZYCKI
been no recent permits taken out.
Printed out a satellite image of the property from Parcel Viewer.
05/12/2021 Visited the property for a complaint of mold and a water damaged bathroom floor. SUSZYCKI
The tenant allowed me inside. I found the home a little dirty and cluttered but there
was nothing that appeared to pose an imminent health threat. The home had heat,
water, and electricity. The bathroom floor showed signs of being repaired but did
not seem to be unsafe. I did not see any mold.
05/12/2021 Called the complainant and explained my findings. I also told the complainant that SUSZYCKI
I would not be doing any postings, but I did feel that the yard could use some
maintenance
05/18/2021 Used the pictures taken during my complaint investigation to create a SUSZYCKI
photographic log. Printed the log and attached it to the complaint.
Created an Official Inspection Report stating that no violations were observed.
Abated the complaint and turned it in for review.
5105. rpt
