There are SUSZYCKI <br />two permits that have not been finaled on the property. One is concerning the <br />triplex being converted back to a duplex and the other one if for repairs to the <br />single family dwelling. <br />Printed out a satellite image of the property from Parcel Viewer. <br />05/11/2021 Conducted a joint inspection with Juanita from Code Enforcement. When we SUSZYCKI <br />arrived we spoke with Roy, the brother of the owner Francisco. He allowed us to <br />look around and we could not see any housing violations or any new Code <br />Enforcement violations. <br />05/18/2021 Used the pictures taken during my complaint investigation to create a SUSZYCKI <br />photographic log. Printed the log and attached it to the complaint. <br />Created an Official Inspection Report stating that no violations were observed. <br />Abated the complaint and turned it in for review. <br />5105.rpt <br />Page 1 of 1
