There have SUSZYCKI <br /> been no recent permits taken out. <br /> Laserfiche shows a septic tank that was installed behind the building in 1971. <br /> Printed out a satellite image of the property from Parcel Viewer. <br /> 05/25/2021 Visited the property for a complaint of a structure fire. When I arrived a worker SUSZYCKI <br /> from the rail road was already there, Ricky. The fire destroyed a large portion of <br /> the no longer used rail road office. It appeared that someone cut the lock to the <br /> fence and entered the building from the back. <br /> The fire damage was severe, the meter was not pulled but that was not probably <br /> necessary due to the fact that it appeared that all the wiring had been taken out of <br /> the power box. <br /> The front windows and doors of the office are barred and boarded and the back of <br /> the structure is secured with a chain link fence and barbed wire. I asked Ricky to <br /> resecure the property and explained to him how the red tag works. I also told him <br /> about how to get a demo permit and that there is an old septic system connected <br /> to the building. <br /> I posted the office building with a Notice to Vacate, a Commercial Building Notice <br /> and Order to Abate, and a Notice to Secure. The Notice to Secure has a <br /> compliance date of 6/5/21. <br /> See PR0546924. <br /> 06/02/2021 Abated the complaint to PR0546924. Turned the form in for review.
