The facility was closed at this time but PEDRAZA
there were two people there. One was preparing food. We informed them about
the reason for our visit. One of the persons, who said he was the owner's father in
law, told us that the owner will be coming back at 2 pm. We informed him that we
received a complaint stating that cooking oil/grease was being dumped across the
street on the walnut field. He was not aware of the complaint and informed us that
they use the grease container that they have for grease. We observed the
container.
I looked in the back by the walnut field and did not see any grease or oil. There is
a storm drain ditch by the side of the road, on the side where the walnut field is.
There is an area where it looks as if someone has been dumping dirty water,
possibly mop water. The person was not aware of how that happened.
We informed the person about the requirements for waste water disposal, and
garbage.
If the this waste water was disposed by the facility on the storm drain ditch, the
owner must scrap the top layer where grease is visible and dispose of it in the
garbage container.
5105.rpt Page 1 of 1
