The report shall include evaluation of non-point source of hazardous materials, includingagricultural chemical residues, as well as potential point sources, such as fuel storage tanks, septicsystems, or chemical storage areas. The report shall be submitted to the Environmental HealthDepartment at time of submittal of a tentative map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section9-905.12). <br />Note: Environmental Health Department has received and reviewed a surface subsurface contamination report (SR0082960) dated January 20, 2021 and has found that the report meets the requirements of San Joaquin County Code Title 9, section 9-905.12 (a). 2.A soil suitability and nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall besubmitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septicsystem usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health Department prior torecordation of parcel map. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). The feewill be based on the current schedule at the time of payment.The sewage disposal system shall comply with the onsite wastewater treatment systems standardsof San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test conducted in accordance with the E.P.A.Design Manual -Onsite Wastewater and Disposal Systems is required for each parcel. The fee willbe based on the current schedule at the time of payment. <br />Note: Environmental Health Department has· received and reviewed a soil suitability/nitrate loadingstudy (SR0082859) dated May 14, 2021 and has found that the report meets the requirements ofSan Joaquin County Code Title 9, Section 9-1105.2 (d)).3.The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) andnitrates with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department prior to recordation of theParcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San JoaquinCounty Development Title, Section 9-1115.7).4.Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and inspection bythe Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 &9-1110.4). <br />1868 E.
