Spill is contained with <br /> absorbent boom and pads. Clean-up plans will begin on 4/19/21. <br /> Stockton Port District to investigate and abate contamination. Stockton Port District to notify SJC EHD when clean-up is <br /> completed. Disposal records for waste generated will be verified on next routine hazardous waste inspection. <br /> VIOLATIONS: <br /> • Discharge of any waste, including sewage <br /> (CA Health and Safety Code 5411) <br /> • Discharge of waste or sewage to water or within 150 ft. of waterway <br /> (SJC Ordinance Code Sections 9-1125.3, 9-1125.4) <br /> • Improper disposal of a hazardous waste <br /> (CA Health and Safety Code 25189.5) <br /> Permitting or Maintaining a Nuisance <br /> (SJC Ordinance Code Section 8-5100) <br /> El Other Violation <br /> ORRECTIVE ACTIONS/ORDER: <br /> • Investigate and abate contamination under the oversite of the appropriate lead agency. <br /> Immediately <br /> • Submit copies of hazardous waste manifests/disposal records to the EHD. <br /> Disposal records for waste generated will be verified on next routine hazardous waste inspection. <br /> Other Correction <br /> COST RECOVERY: All EHD time associated with this Spill Response is billed to the responsible party at the current hourly <br /> rate.
