Pacific Gas and Plell F6VIBW TB&T PGEPIenReviewpge.com
a
E/ectric Company aa^+aeeaml
September 8,2021
IGelsey Gunter
San Joaquin County
1840 E Hazelton Avenue
Stockton,CA 95205
Re: PA-21001 l4, -116
3334 W 1 Ith Street,Tracy
Dear Kelsey:
Thank you for giving us the.opportunity to review the subject plans. The proposed PA-2100114,
-I 16 is within the same vicinity of PGBcE's existing facilities that impact this property. -
PGFcE holds an easement for a line of poles across the subject property. The plans provided
show the installation of a storm water retention basin directly underneath the existing pole line
and up to an existing pole. There is concern regarding the excavation taking place near a pole
and directly underneath the line of poles. Excavating in this location poses the risk for
construction equipment to potentially damage the pole and/or overhead electric line during
construction-PGBcE does not condone the installation of this r¢t¢ntion basin as it would
directly interfere with PGBcE's ability to saf¢ly access and maintain said pole lin¢.
Please contact the Building and Renovation Center(BRSCfor Facility map requests by calling
1-877-743-7782 and PGBcE's Service Planning department at www.nee.com/eco for any
modification or relocation requests,or for any additional servic¢s you may require.
As a remind¢q before any digging or excavation occurs, please contact Underground Service
Alert(USA) by dialing 811 a minimum of 2 working days prior to commencing any work- This
free and independent service will ensure that all existing underground utilities are identified and
marked on-site.
If you have any questions regarding our response, please contact me at Jus[i n.NewellraZoge.com.
Sincerely,
G!%
Justin Newell
Land Management
91G-594-4068
PGSG Gas and ❑aectric Facilities Page 1
