FININGS FOR SITE APPROVAL <br /> PA-2100114 <br /> RAJVINDER KAUR Sa JASHARINDERPAL SINGH TRUSTEES/SHACK 8e COMPANY,INC. <br /> t. The proposed use is consistent with the goals, policies, standards, and maps of the General Plan, any <br /> applicable Master Plan, Specific Plan, and Special Purpose Plan, and any other applicable plan <br /> adopted by the County. <br /> This finding can ba made because the proposed racr¢ational vehicle and boat storage may <br /> be conditionally permitted in She 1/W (Warehouse) zone with an approved Sife Approval <br /> application. Tha projaM Is also consistent with the goals, policies, standards and maps of <br /> the General Plan.There era no Master Plans, Specific Plans, and/or Special Purpose Plans <br /> in the project vicinlly. <br /> 2. Adequate utilities, roadway improvements, sanitation, water supply, drainage, and other necessary <br /> facilities have been provided, and the proposed improvements are properly related [o existing and <br /> proposed roadways. <br /> This finding can be made because all utilities, access roads, sanitation, and drelnage <br /> facilities era required for the development of the proposed facility. At the rima of <br /> development, the site will ba subjac2 to the ru las and regulations of the Envlronmantal <br /> Health Department for water and wastewater, and the rules and regulations of the <br /> Department of Public Works for storm drainage faclllties, as well as the CondlHons of <br /> Approval for this Sire Approval the[ensure that the requirements of the Development Titles <br /> will be satisfied. <br /> 3. The site is physically suitable for the type of development and for iha intensity of development. <br /> This finding can ba made because the project site is of adequate size and shape io <br /> accommodate the proposal storage facility. Tha site plan shows iha development is in <br /> compliance with standards of the Development Title. <br /> 4. Issuance of the permit will not be significantly detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare, or be <br /> injurious to the property or Improvements of adjacent properties. <br /> This finding can b¢ made because the project was processed under a Notice of Exemption <br /> (NOE). Projects can ba processed under an NOE when there Is no possibility that the activity <br /> in question may have a significant effect on the environment.The Community Development <br /> Department has determined that iha proposed project will not cause a significant affeM on the <br /> environmerd. As a Condition of Approval, prior to ground disturbance, landowners <br /> proc¢ading with development of the parcel will need to contact the San Joaquin Council of <br /> Governments regarding iha requirements of the Multi-Species Habitat and Open Spaces Plan. <br /> 5.
