The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been addressed for SOUTH BAY GUNITE EXCAVATION AND STEEL as of November 04, 2021 . Open violations from June 08, 2021 inspection Violation #2 - Failed to initially complete and electronically submit a HMBP . OBSERVATION A complete Hazardous Materials Business Plan was not submitted electronically to the California Environmental Reporting System ( CERS ) . REGULATION GUIDANCE: As of January 1 , 2013 , all businesses were required to submit all business plans electronically . OBSERVATION: A Hazardous Materials Business Plan has not been established or implemented . REGULATION GUIDANCE: A Hazardous Materials Business Plan shall be established and implemented for emergency response to a release or threatened release of a hazardous material when storing hazardous materials at or above the thresholds quantities of 55 gallons for materials that are liquids , 500 pounds for solids , or 200 cubic feet for compressed gas , at standard temperature and pressure .
