Phase 1 includes relocating <br />4 modular classrooms, 1 maintenance shop, and construction of a 24,000 -square -foot assembly/multipurpose building. <br />Phase 2 includes the construction of a 4,000 -square -foot administration and fellowship space, and a 4,000 -square -foot <br />classroom space attached to the Phase 1 assembly/multipurpose building, The parcel will continue to utilize an on-site <br />well. septic system and storm water retention basin. Access to the parcel is via two driveways off of Airport Way.
